Services for OEMs and Importers
Innovam collaborates with OEMs and importers in the automotive, bicycle, and maritime sectors to create and deliver custom training programs. We use a Blended Learning approach, combining online and classroom methods, to ensure that staff can train efficiently. Additionally, we offer a Train-the-Trainer model to equip internal trainers with the necessary skills, ensuring high training standards are maintained across all regions.
Blended learning
For Innovam, Blended Learning means that based on the required learning objectives, we pair the right media with the available methods so as to create the ideal ‘learning journey’ in which the participant can achieve the best learning results. We aim for the right balance between classroom and online activities with a view to safeguarding optimal transfer of knowledge and skills. Our experience and vision of a Blended Learning approach guide us in doing so. The materials we develop vary from classroom materials to practical assignments and trainer manuals. Moreover, we also develop many online solutions such as e-learning modules, instruction videos, training apps and AR and VR animations.
Certification
Innovam is an expert in the organisation and execution of examination and certification programmes. We advise companies and help them in the development of exams and the provision of certification for their staff, both in a national and international context. Provision of training
Innovam provides education, training programmes and exams at the request of OEMs and importers. Themes can vary from professional content (technical and non-technical) to the improvement of practical skills and the so-called ‘soft skills’. We also design international Train-The-Trainer programmes in order to prepare local trainers for the rollout of a centrally delivered new training programme.
